The Red Sea Crossing
Using underwater robotic cameras, a team of scientists has documented an amazing find between the beachhead at Nuweiba, Egypt, and what is known today Saudi Arabia (ancient Midian, site of Mt. Sinai). Between these two locations lies a mysterious and miraculous land bridge, a few hundred feet below the surface of the Red Sea.
This bizarre land bridge gently slopes at a 6-degree angle into the water, levels out at about 900 feet, and then gradually rises to meet the western shore of Midian (present-day Saudi Arabia). It is on the sandy floor of this land bridge that the Egyptian army’s chariots remain to this day, entombed in coral.
On either side of the land bridge, the sea floor sharply descends into a 5,000-foot abyss.
Using magnetometers, researchers have confirmed that what once lay beneath the coral were indeed manmade, metal objects, eerily similar to the iron chariot wheels and axles used in Egypt at the time of the Exodus.
Furthermore, commemorative pillars have been found on both sides of the crossing site, bearing legible remains of paleo-Hebrew words for “pharaoh”, “death”, “Egypt”, “King Solomon”, and the tetragrammaton “YHWH”. Researchers conclude the pillars were erected by King Solomon, who knew the truth of the crossing site, 500 years after the event.

Now, you will see the scientific and archaeological evidence that has been preserved in coral and stone for this generation.
Journey with Michael Rood and an international team of scientists and explorers as they document the most exciting archaeological finds in the history of the human race. You will sail the ancient “Yam Suph” (modern day “Gulf of Aqaba” aka the “Red Sea”) where hundreds of Egyptian chariots have been strewn across the sea floor. Robotic submarine cameras will lead you through an underwater battlefield where the coral encrusted remains of Pharaoh’s army still litter the ocean floor like an ancient chariot junkyard.
This will be the beginning of the greatest adventure of your life. You will never be the same after experiencing The Red Sea Crossing!
